JOB PURPOSE
As our Talent & Performance Specialist, you’ll be working closely within our small but highly respected Talent & Performance Centre of Excellence. This exciting role will be integral in delivering support to our Burberry colleagues across the world in everything related to performance and talent management.
At Burberry, we believe that what we do matters just as much as how we do it, therefore this role will partner closely with the wider People teams, from Learning and Development; to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion as well as our Systems team and the HR Business Partners across the business to embed and instil our leadership standards, values and inclusion principles.
This Talent and Performance Specialist role is available on a full time, permanent basis and will be based in our iconic Horseferry Campus in Westminster, London for at least 2 days per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating innovative methods of design & delivery to embed our Talent & Performance strategy across the business globally
- Designing engaging and impactful communications, slide decks and online materials that bring our content to life for our internal colleagues
- Working with the Global People team to manage all performance and talent related activities including data, reporting and building communications to ensure seamless delivery
- Creatively embedding our values, leadership standards and inclusion principles in everything that we do
- Maintaining industry knowledge & trends – talent management, performance management, development and culture
PERSONAL PROFILE
- We’re open to your background and experience. Whether it’s from a talent and performance role specifically, a generalist HR role or your CIPD studies, as long as you have a passion for and some knowledge of all things talent and performance
- You will have examples of when you’ve developed innovative, engaging and creative ways to deliver content
- A passion for creating beautiful, engaging and impactful communications and online resources
- High degree of comfort with data and reporting
- Experience working in a fast moving, creative environment preferred
- Ability to build deep relationships with wider teams to achieve common goals
- A natural tendency to be collaborative, curious and to work at scale
