We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Executive to join our Talent Acquisition Operations Team at Publicis Groupe UK.
The Talent Acquisition Operations Team specifically exists to improve the operational ways of working of the Talent Acquisition Team. In short, we take the complex and make it simple. We encompass expertise in data, implementation and process improvement to name a few. No two days are the same in this role that will stretch your skill set and give you a launch pad to a career at Publicis.
This opportunity will suit someone who equally finds satisfaction in the detail of the data but can also communicate and educate the wider team to build their confidence in reporting.

Responsibilities include:
- Support a team of recruiters with the collection of clean and accurate data during the hiring process
- Partner effectively with all levels within the talent acquisition wider teams to be an approachable team member
- Help to check data integrity ahead of reporting deadlines
- Regular and ad-hoc reporting as needed
- Day to day management of the Applicant Tracking System (Smart Recruiters)
- Point of contact for admin queries relating to the Talent Acquisition team
If you have prior Excel and/or PowerBI experience (or are interested in learning them fast) coupled with a curiosity for what makes candidates tick, you could be exactly who we're looking for.
Your can-do attitude, go-getting energy, and exceptional self-organisational skills will be harnessed, supported, and encouraged in our Publicis Groupe Talent Acquisition Operations team.
