The role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruiter to join the Strategic Resourcing Team supporting the business with the delivery of resourcing for our Head Office hires.
The incredible variety of the aviation environment will provide an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience and grow your resourcing career within a dedicated and encouraging team.
You will drive a clear executive hire operational recruitment strategy within the business, focused on enhancing our employer brand and candidate experience.
The successful postholder will partner with the business and the HRBP's to understand the specialist requirements of individual directorates and define and own appropriate attraction methodologies to reflect the specialism and market in both the short and longer term.
You'll work with hiring managers and our assessment specialists to define an inclusive selection methodology for optimum candidate experience, and support the process through to contracting stage. Aligned to a business area, you'll provide leadership with insight into campaign progress, coaching and advising on enhancements to improve quality and diversity of applicants.
About you
- experience of working within a large complex organisation
- extensive experience within agency or in-house recruitment (including senior management)
- credibility and expertise in your field
