About the role
The Talent Manager will ensure the smooth day to day running of the Talent department covering Presenters, Freelance Guests, Models, Influencers and Celebrities. You will be in charge of developing and implementing a talent acquisition strategy to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and to maximise sales performance across all digital platforms.
The role will report to and work alongside the CEO as well and managing two team-members.
About You
We are looking for someone who has an understanding of Influencers, Celebrity bookings, rates and negotiations.
Experience in a retail / sales industry is desired.
The successful candidate will also have experience in delivering new and exciting strategies, be comfortable working in a fast moving constantly changing environment and be self-motivated and dynamic.
