Job Purpose
As a Global Talent Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to the GSK level talent agenda understanding business need, leading and supporting the development of approaches and interventions to address future talent challenges and opportunities. You will also be supporting the implementation of enterprise-wide talent approaches and processes with pace and effective stakeholder management. Ensuring excellent delivery and project management, and the production of high-quality data and insights to inform talent & DEI decisions and choices.

Your Responsibilities:
This role will provide YOU with the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these
responsibilities include some of the following…
- Supporting the development of new talent tools, processes and approaches to support GSK level talent agenda and support/reinforce the culture.
- Responsible for external benchmarking, understanding the marketplace and bringing the outside in to provide insight to inform design and implementation approaches, as such the job holder would be required to build effective external relationships and networks
- Develop and maintain enterprise level materials and guidance to support new tools and approaches e.g. Intranet pages, KGC pages, myLearning modules etc
- Accountable for the definition of key talent KPIs, liaising with the PDA and GEL team to identify the most effective approach for producing data, supporting the generation of enterprise level insights.
- Responsible for monitoring and providing data driven insight on key global cohorts and populations including Critical Role Incumbents and Global Talent Pools e.g. Accelerating Difference participants
- Responsible for gathering the data, evidence and insight required for the preparation and completion of corporate reports and submissions e.g. FTSE Women’s
- As a talent SME work closely with the Talent Global Process Owner to identify opportunities to enhance the GSK systems talent functionality to support more effective implementation of the GSK talent agenda, meet business need and improve the line manager/employee experience.
- Responsible for working with Talent Business Leads to identify opportunities to enhance the positioning and impact of global early talent programmes, a key member of the programme managers’ network and point of contact with the graduate community
- Provide Tier 3 expertise support to answer specific questions and queries about GSK level talent approaches and processes.
