This enables us to keep powering THG and our partners on a global scale. The role As a Talent Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing the very best talent for THG Technology. You'll get the chance to work across a range of roles from graduate level to management for a variety of technical teams (Infrastructure, Support, Dev, Project Management etc.). You'll be able to develop your stakeholder management skills working with genuine industry experts (Our CIO has just been voted number 1 in the UK!). You'll get exposure to shaping teams and internal organisations. You'll get the chance to have input into initiatives such as L&D or diversity and inclusion. This really is a role that will help you to develop your career in Talent Acquisition. This role is likely to be right for someone that has had a year or two's experience in agency recruitment (not to say we wouldn't consider someone with internal experience) and found that you enjoy, and have excelled in, the delivery side of the role but don't necessarily enjoy the other bits that go with being an agency recruiter. Requirements Track record of recruiting within a fast-paced environment Ability to work autonomously and build relationships with stakeholders across the Group Ability to manage a recruitment process from initial contact through to offer management A desire to take full ownership of technology recruitment at THG, helping to shape our future growth Ability to apply sourcing strategies to attract the top talent from across the world.
