FitXR is a fitness technology company working at the cutting edge of VR and MR, building a movement for movement.
We've built a growing range of fitness studios, from box workouts with world-class trainers like Olympian Nicola Adams to immersive dance classes. While nothing compares to trying it yourself, you can watch a trailer here.

The role
Working as part of our brilliant people team of 5, this role has been created to focus on driving fair, objective hiring. As with all scaling businesses, we’re sometimes a little late to our own party with knowing exactly what we need and we’re looking to make the shift to a more proactive talent organisation.
This role is all about upholding the integrity of our process, providing an excellent candidate experience, finding ways to make our talent funnel more efficient and of course, keeping the pipelines moving!

Where you’ll spend your time
Attracting and interviewing the best talent in the market, accurately representing FitXR (opportunities and challenges)
Advising hiring managers on criteria, process and decision-making
Exploring and assessing new platforms or forums, always looking for the best place to hunt down the people we need
Collaborating with our wider people team on a huge breadth of projects
Leading the charge in advocating for employer brand content, and holding us accountable for getting it done

A real care for hiring, and wanting to make our approach the best it can be
An eagerness to over-communicate - with our candidates and hiring managers alike, talent should be the one thing we’re talking about as often as possible
A continuous improvement mindset; we do some things really well (and others less so!) and we love to see iterative level ups. This comes with an ability to identify and measure what great looks like
Experience in hiring - ideally technical roles but this isn’t essential and we won’t turn candidates away for not having it
Experience in working with a diverse group of hiring managers
