You’ll be part of the global team that helps bring our enterprise-wide talent development strategy and learning and development experiences at NBCUniversal’s corporate university, the Talent Lab, to life. This role will support both the NBCUniversal International side of the business, where Talent Lab experiences come to London to serve our talent in EMEA and APAC and the full suite of global Talent Lab experiences. In addition, you will be working to ensure that the event space runs smoothly where guests and employees receive a first-class experience.

At the core of this role, you will:
- Manage the day-to-day operations and administration of the London Talent Development Team including our physical Talent Lab Space in Central St Giles, London.
- Support multiple global Talent Lab experiences including project planning, experience coordination and communicating with our talent
- Coordinate, organise and produce virtual, and in person, learning labs while supporting the needs of our facilitators and talent
Here’s what that will look like for you…
- Manage logistics for in-person learning experiences including catering, security access and vendor coordination
- Support and manage processes for START, our new hire induction including sending invites, tracking attendance and reporting on data
- Run our Talent Lab space in London through managing bookings and coordination with facilities
- Support the wider Talent Development team by collaborating with experience leads for experiences coming to London
- Grow into providing in-person & virtual facilitation for select Talent Lab experiences – primarily START, but also supporting other experiences targeted at individual contributors such as Core Labs.
Every week will be different, and you’ll play an important role developing our talent, which is at the heart of our success as a creative company.
Required
- previous experience in event and/or office management
- project management experience, juggling multiple tasks and deliverable simultaneously
- proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- proficiency in Microsoft Teams, specifically in running/producing live meetings including chat and breakout spaces
Preferred
- experience in talent management, learning and development, human resources and/or talent acquisition
- experience as a facilitator in virtually and/or in-person environments
- experience with graphic design and publishing tools like InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
