The Role
This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Talent/People team. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:
- Providing a seamless, end-to-end recruitment process that is engaging for both candidates and hiring managers
- Supporting the VP Talent/People & Head of Talent/People in scheduling interviews and tracking/monitoring all internal and external interviews through our ATS (Greenhouse) and People Platform (HiBob)
- Supporting and managing the 'candidate 'experience' throughout their journey and being the "go to" person, including all candidate communication by providing clear application status
- Managing all ad hoc talent and people administration matters
Requirements
We'd love it if you have*:
- Prior experience of utilising Greenhouse ATS or similar
- A couple of years' experience in a talent coordinator role
- Super organisation skills coupled with the ability to prioritise and manage workload efficiently
- Ability to deal with shifting priorities and ability to work at pace
- Good working knowledge of Powerpoint & Excel would be advantageous
- The stated experience and background is a guide and does not preclude applications from candidates with more or less experience, provided the requisite skills can be demonstrated.
