Location(s): United Kingdom City/Cities: London Travel Required: Relocation Provided: Job Posting End Date: July 26, 2023 Shift: Job Description Summary: The Talent Consultant, Europe Operating Unit, serves as the end-to-end Talent Consultant working in close partnership with Europe HR and business leaders to drive our talent priorities in support of our long-term strategy. Key Responsibilities: Defines and drives long-term talent plan for the Europe Operating Unit aligned with our global talent agenda and principles. This includes succession and talent management, performance management, executive development and on-boarding, talent marketplace strategies and strategic workforce planning. Defines and implements processes, metrics, routines and programs to support the activation of the long-term talent plan. Uses Talent data to make recommendations and identify trends and focus areas. Ensures a deeper bench of replacement talent by implementing strategies for high potential identification and acceleration, assessment, succession planning, career development planning and talent movement. Curates development experiences in partnership with business leadership teams to support development plans for key talents. Coaches line managers in career development practices to support their own development and/or that of their people. Establishes and nurtures close partnerships across Europe (HR Business Partners, business leaders and other HR functions) as well as globally with our global Talent & Development CoE. Acts as a coach and advisor to HR Business Partners and Business Leaders on talent related questions. Influences and develops leaders to promote a performance culture through effective utilization of tools such as Talent Segmentation, People Development Forum (PDF), Succession Planning, Performance Enablement (PE). Explores opportunities to further our talent agenda across the Coca Cola System with key bottling partners in Europe. Facilitates regular conversations on talent exchanges and ideating solutions to further deepen system-wide talent pipelines. Requirements: Deep expert in talent management and development at least 10+ years of experience in talent related roles for complex and international businesses. Provides thought leadership, ideas and a point of view. Proven consulting experience in working with executives and senior leaders: helps customers solve business problems through diagnostic thinking, effective questions and creative thinking. Understands and demonstrates an understanding of the business, priorities, opportunities and challenges and external influencing factors. Enhances individual and organizational performance through the implementation of talent solutions linked to business, priorities and opportunities. Builds strong collaborative win-win relationships, is able to challenge constructively and knows when this needs to be done. Leads a group through a process to achieve a desired outcome by seeking input from key stakeholders audiences and incorporating this into planning decisions. Shares information openly and honestly and facilitates dialogue. Knowledge of measurement and evaluation methodology and ability to design systems to measure the impact of tools, processes, and learning interventions on people performance.
