About the opportunity
We are looking for a Talent Co-ordinator to join our People and Development Directorate within our Talent Team. This is an exciting role where you will be providing support to the Talent Team and the wider business including our pet hospitals, retail stores and support functions in delivering our talent strategy, early careers programmes and recruitment campaigns.
Ideally, you will have an understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, you might have worked within a recruitment or HR function previously, and you will have a real passion for people and their development.

About You
In this people centric role, you will need to be comfortable at building relationships across different levels with a focus on stakeholder and supplier management. You will also need to be highly organised, balancing different tasks and priorities. As a go to for information within the talent team, you will support the complete recruitment lifecycle giving you real opportunity for you to grow within the role and in your career;
Responsible for
- Support of centrally managed recruitment plans, including ATS administration, advert writing and posting
- Actively sourcing candidates through our existing talent pools and LinkedIn
- Taking a proactive role with our Social Media campaigns on Facebook and working closely with our marketing and brand teams
- Oversee our candidate experience through monitoring of the Networx ATS to ensure that recruitment campaigns are processing in a timely manner
- Coach and support line managers to use the tools. resources and skills required to effectively recruit new colleagues
- Support with day to day administrative activity of apprenticeships and our graduate programme including liaising with universities, providers and internal stakeholders
- Analyse information from systems and existing reports to identify actions that will improve the apprentice journey and maximise use of the apprenticeship levy
