Working as part of the Transformation Team, the purpose of this post is to support the transformation of care in Swansea Bay University Health Board. The role will support the delivery ofthe Health Board’s Recovery and Sustainability Plan.
Swansea Bay University Health Board is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join the Transformation Team, to support the transformation of health and care services, and the delivery of high value opportunity projects, to improve outcomes for our patients and the public.
Working closely with a project team of clinicians, management leads, and the Head of Transformation Portfolio, the Project Manager will take responsibility for the development of a project plan, maintenance of project registers, and engagement with project stakeholders. The Project Manager will work with colleagues across the Transformation Team to deliver a benefit-led approach to project and product delivery.

Supporting the Transformation Programme and being responsible for the organisation, delivery and progress of their assigned project working with the Senior Responsible Owner (SRO)
Develop, management, review and updating the Programme/Project risk register in respect of their programme and project risks
Undertake Quality Impact Assessments of individual project areas
Management, review and updating the Programme/project issues log
Collation, organisation and coordination of workstream meetings
Development, management, review and updating of the Programme/Project Gantt chart
Production of summary reports for consideration at Programme Board including highlighting new risks, issues and progress
Liaison with the Programme Management Lead to ensure the timely production of monthly highlight reports and updating of risks, issues and progress reports including escalation where progress is not ‘on track’
