Working within our new talent attraction team, the purpose of your role is to identify and resource people with the right skills and experience to meet QA’s critical talent recruitment needs now and in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify what skills and experience are required for our critical talent groups (both now and in the future) and source candidates to our talent pools – finding new, innovative ways to attract people to QA.- Use social media and other direct sourcing tools to identify both active and passive candidates.
- Understand and map our competitors as part of the sourcing strategy.
- Create engaging social media and newsletter communication to help attract talent.
- Attending job fairs/events (as required)
About you:
Solid hands-on resourcing experience.- Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with candidates at all levels and managing their expectations.
- Management of social channels to promote QA as an employer of choice
- Demonstrable experience of writing compelling copy for advertising.
- Competent in social media and direct sourcing activities.
