We are currently seeking an astute, confident and meticulous Talent Attraction Consultant to play an integral role in attracting and recruiting the very best talent into our business.

Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
You’ll be working alongside our department heads, ensuring you’re relevant, proactive and responsive to their resourcing needs and that a qualified pipeline of candidates is available when required
Recognising that each department’s preferred cocktail of skill, experience and attitude is as different as the services they provide, you’ll seek to truly understand their resource and talent demands
Co-creating job ads, you’ll be bringing each opportunity to life, giving people a true sense of what each role involves
You’ll optimise technology to create a consistent, high quality candidate journey
Understanding which recruitment platforms generate best return and target the relevant talent pools, you’ll be placing advertisements and negotiating preferable terms
Designing, co-creating and delivering hiring days for certain volume roles, you’ll assess the capability of candidates for these roles, and facilitate the introduction of candidates to hiring managers
You’ll represent Gleneagles at national and international career fayres, creating a strong brand impression across the industry as an employer of choice
Screening large volumes of applications and speaking to every candidate that you believe holds potential, you’ll be discerning in your selection and will play a critical role in ensuring shortlisted candidates align with our values. You’ll be relentless in your quest to match the right people with the right roles
Presenting candidate shortlists to Hiring Managers, you’ll create talent pools ready to hand over, so that hiring managers can then commence the interview process
Once the Hiring Manager has selected their preferred candidate(s), you’ll congratulate the successful candidate, prepare the offer, generate the contract, and initiate the onboarding process
You’ll ensure we fulfil our obligations as a responsible employer, and that all successful candidates have the right to work in the UK
To ensure every candidate has a positive experience, you’ll graciously decline unsuccessful applicants and provide meaningful feedback for candidates who committed to meet with us in person or took the time to complete a trial shift
In preparation for a new candidate’s arrival, you’ll work with a range of internal stakeholders to make sure that everything is ready and in place for their first day
Juggling competing demands, you’ll carefully balancing your diary to ensure the needs of all stakeholders (Candidates, Hiring Managers and the People Team) are met
You’ll report on your progress fortnightly with the ambition of continually improving the quality and speed of hire
Identifying ways to continually improve and enhance the candidate journey and our internal processes, working in partnership with your Talent Attraction colleagues to drive change
You’ll be working alongside 2 Talent Attraction colleagues, and will play an active role in the evolution of the wider Gleneagles People Team
Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way
