Salary: up to £21,995 depending on experience + quarterly bonus + other company benefits
Job Type: Permanent, Full time - 37.5 hours per week

Overview of the role:
The Network Management Team at FMG have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join us on a full time, permanent basis.
As the Network Administrator, you will be the initial point of contact for our repair network and will provide key support to the network managers and other internal departments. You will be responsible for ensuring all our contractual documentation is up to date, adding and managing key supplier information and assisting all internal departments with queries. You will be working closely with the network managers and internal network team to ensure suppliers perform to a high standard whilst maintaining the relationships we hold with them.
You will play an important role to effectively support the network team in the implementation and management of the approved repairer network. You will also work closely with all internal departments to drive greater efficiencies and improve relationships, performance and processes to benefit all parties.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Set up and management of new and existing suppliers on internal systems.
- Management of supplier contracts and key documentation.
- Create and apply supplier tariffs.
- Log, action and manage all aspects of supplier audits.
- Pro-actively manage all SharePoint documentation for the network and engineering teams to ensure all documents are relevant and correctly version controlled.
- Manage inbound phone calls and emails from the network team.
- Create and maintain a suite of repairer related maps to improve visibility of the network.
- Proven track record of working within customer-oriented environment in administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are fundamental to the role.
- Experience of using multiple MS packages (Word, and Excel) and attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Previous experience in incident management is desirable but not essential.

- A motivated, proactive and driven individual with excellent relationship building skills.
