Job description
In response to the increasing challenges faced by the NHS nationally in attracting and retaining talent, MPFT is launching a Talent Attraction and Retention team to enhance the current recruitment activity. The Manager will be responsible for building and implementing strategies to attract, retain and on board the best talent in the area, ultimately making a real difference to patient care and ensuring our workforce is ready to meet the growing needs of our communities.
