About
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration & Ecommerce Assistant to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a Hybrid role working 3/4 days in our office and the rest working from home. We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive person to help join our growing team, to help support with updating our Ecommerce website as well as scheduling Emails and Newsletters and supporting with customer service and order processing, as well as other administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in all aspects of customer support and customer order processing.
- Take responsibility for updating our Wordpress (Woocommerce) multi-site website with new content created by our in-house content creation team, to include banners, blogs, images, new products and scripts etc.
- ECommerce related activities.
- Manage updates to our web portal
- Support and schedule email campaigns and Newsletters though our email systems.
- Assist sales & Marketing team with ad-hoc projects
Requirements & Key Attributes - Skills & Requirements
- Results driven with a commitment to working to high standards
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- A working knowledge of Wordpress would be beneficial.
- A knowledge of Mailchimp would be beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A good general computer knowledge and MS office experience would be beneficial.
- Able to work with streamlined systems and processes
- Takes direction to ensure thorough preparation to meet delivery requirements
- Demonstrates best practice in managing communications and quality standards
- Fluency in Italian or Spanish would be beneficial.

Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
