Job Overview
As a Talent & Influencer Specialist you are the doorway to all things talent, creator, influencer and celebrity for your team and client. You are an integral part of the Talent Partnerships Team but working closely with the Account Management team, primarily for one team and their clients.
Under your guidance and expertise you will ensure your client has opportunities to work with the most enviable creator partnerships that are thumb stopping, high performing and culturally relevant.
Responsibilities
Owning end to end talent/influencer engagement: talent identification, outreach & negotiation, briefing, reviewing creative briefs with Account Management as well as contracting and performance reviewTalent identification: using a combination of BDBs proprietary tech Companion, other tech/platforms that BDB will provide you, as well as your own knowledge, network, experience, you will source talent for client campaigns as well as pitches
Talent negotiations: negotiating fees and deliverables directly with talent and agents.
Finding & pitching talent: confident in presentations and creating an air of excitement and intrigue around potential talent partners
Being the direct link between the client, the BDB client team and the talent/agent. Building trusted relationships between all stakeholders and leading each through the campaign expectations and ways of working.
Driving and developing new and existing relationships with relevant influencers/creators and talent agents in your product area and region
Running comprehensive due diligence checks as well as values match between potential influencer partner and the client
Understanding the functionality, strengths and limitations of social platforms, formats and latest trends
An understanding of and ability to translate talent needs/wants with that of a client’s and visa versa - generating client inspiration by being an expert on competition and industry
Contributing to strategic conversations both internally and with clients

Updating spreadsheets & project management tools and maintaining regular communication with internal and external teams where needed
Managing financial admin and support with project reconciliations
Supporting the campaign process from start to finish, ensuring the campaign is running smoothly and efficiently.
Reporting on campaign results and prepare post campaign analysis, sharing learnings and recommendations with the client and wider agency
Sharing knowledge and thought leadership for individual and agency growth
Being curious about the industry & beyond, technology, consumers, culture, the client and products.
Skills & Attributes
1-2 years working as a talent manager/agent at a talent agency
You have a passion for influencers/creators and are have your finger on the pulse of what’s happening in the space
You care deeply about creators and their wellbeing as well as what motivates and drives them, and you understand that there’s a human behind a social handle.
Confident sharing insight with clients and confident leading them with agency recommendations
Strong commercial mind, lives for negotiations and data driven decision making.
You understand the US and European creator landscape and you can bring insight about cultural, behaviour and social needs/norms in the region
You bring a personable and energetic approach to your work and to the way you interact with talent, internal teams and clients
Solutions focussed and an excellent problem solver.
Highly motivated and ambitious, you love targets, KPIs
