Job Description


The Talent and Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the talent management and development programs within an organization. They play a critical role in attracting, identifying, developing, and retaining top talent. The Talent and Development Manager collaborates with senior leaders, HR professionals, and various stakeholders of the organization to design, implement, and evaluate talent initiatives aligned with the business strategic objectives. They provide guidance and support to employees at all levels, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.


Key responsibilities:

  • Implement Performance Appraisal processes, providing feedback and coaching to associates and managers on the established process.
  • Design and support the Talent management process to identify critical positions and key associates for delivering short- and long-term business results. Work together to HRBP and Leaders to retain them by development and learning initiatives.
  • Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to assess leadership capabilities and develop plans for leadership development and succession.
  • Lead employee engagement survey execution aiming at 100% participation. Ensure upskilling of people managers to drive engagement in their teams including action planning post survey

Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in HR, mainly in Talent/Learning/Development area;
  • Experience in cultural transformation and change management;
  • Strong knowledge of performance and talent management, learning and development, and employee engagement practices;
  • Proven experience in developing/implementing leadership development programs;
  • Experience in driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion agenda;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
