Location: Newbury / London (Blended - Home & Office)
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate globally to achieve centralised and standardised services.
  • Champion the value UKOIT and reduce the duplication of efforts.
  • Champion the “voice of the customer” in all forums and provide insight to requirements.
  • Build strong connections with customers across departments to seek feedback and improve upon service offerings.
  • UK Office IT portal content ownership, including delegation of work.
  • Service Lead for UK Office IT Live Chat function including monthly reporting and service improvement.
  • Drive the expansion and growth of the Live Chat service to other markets, providing value and great customer experience.
  • Ability to provide second line support when required.


Who You Are

  • Previous experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a large organisation and/or experience of working in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of customer requirements on Office IT.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Clear communication and be able to work with customers to find solutions to problems.
  • Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast paced, structured manner to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems and applications
