Our UK & Ireland business has quickly grown over the last 2 years. We have recently undertaken a significant acquisition for our UK business, and we continue to grow organically, which is supported by our fantastic Talent Acquisition team. We currently have over 2,500 talented professionals across our UK & Ireland business with further ambitious plans to grow over the coming years.

We have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The role will primarily involve recruiting for our industry-leading Water sector teams. You will recruit across a wide range of positions including technical engineering, specialist consultancy and functional support. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with hiring managers across the business, advising on best practice and recruiting across multidisciplinary business lines. You will devise direct sourcing strategies and assist in the development of our candidate pipelines and talent communities for future requirements.

About You

You are currently a recruiting professional, potentially in an agency environment looking to move in-house or perhaps you’re currently an in-house recruiter looking to further develop your career.

It’s critical that you are a confident communicator with the proven ability to successfully manage and influence your hiring managers. You are highly organised with the proven ability to manage high volume, direct sourcing recruitment. You pride yourself on being responsive, with strong attention to detail.
