We are looking for two first class talent acquisition sourcing specialists who are experienced in sourcing and delivering the best talent, to join our in-house Talent Acquisition Team.

Your mission will be to partner with senior stakeholders to design and deliver a proactive recruitment strategy for specialist and mid to senior manager roles within our Corporate, Commercial and Central Operations teams.
Your future career…
Your daily challenges will include building professional networks via online channels, such as LinkedIn, to create an awareness of Royal Mail as an employer, whilst enticing candidates through innovative copy writing. You will engage with your networks to create and manage talent pools.
You will collect and report on recruitment trends, including local conditions, and competitive institutions for various specialist skill sets developing longer term recruitment plans and talent insights.
Working with hiring managers and the senior HR Team, you will focus on recruiting candidates that meet the job criteria, seeking out qualified applicants via shortlisting and qualification calls. Your role also includes sourcing, hiring manager guidance, candidate screening, legal compliance and reporting.
As an effective communicator you will guide candidates through their applications to conclusion, ensuring at all times a positive candidate experience.
Who are we looking for?
To be successful in this role you will need:
• Proven experience in a direct, proactive sourcing methodology recruitment position
- Confident and experienced in using the tools for direct hire, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, networking and search platforms
- An expert in building and maintaining relationships, both with functions, key stakeholders, hiring managers, HRBP’s and most importantly external future talent
- Talent mapping experience with proven results
- Not afraid to trial new techniques and showcase results
- A high achiever in a target driven environment
- Experience in recruiting for various specialist functions such as, finance, marketing, HR, engineering
