In this exciting and strategic role you will be partnering with the hiring managers within Pure DC to identify and secure talented individuals globally, agreeing timelines for hire, interview process, assessment tasks and where the role will be advertised.
You ensure the organization is prepared for the future by learning the culture and direct needs of the business through accurate briefing sessions with hiring managers, and ensuring that all your do is a true representation of the Pure DNA. We recognise that people are the most important asset we have, so you will play a pivotal part in attracting and selecting the right people with the right skills, value and behaviours to join us in making a real difference to people's lives.
Main responsibilities include:
- 360 recruitment management (Screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, issuing and marking assessments and verifying candidates’ availability against the resource gap)
- Partnering with the hiring managers to agree timelines for hire, interview process, assessment tasks and where the role will be advertised.
- Learn in depth the culture and direct needs of the business through accurate briefing sessions with hiring managers
- Growing talent pools: proactively source and identify potential talent through social media and networking, for key roles and languages, and maintain contact in line with GDPR.
- Recruitment reporting: Head of Talent Acquisition to produce monthly recruitment reports e.g. time to hire, time to fill, recruitment costs.
- Employer branding: work with Head of Talent Acquisition and marketing team to create inclusive and engaging content to our Careers page to attract potential talent.
- Collaborate in Recruitment projects: Assisting the People team and Senior Talent & Recruitment Manager to work on projects.
- Work autonomously, be creative, come up with ideas to streamline processes and procedures, and ultimately become a strong member of the People team.

You are a proactive, enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude and passion for people development, as well as excellent influencing skills.
Your expertise includes:
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or similar roles (essential)
- Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment changes and trends, especially in the current market
- Experience in recruitment analytics is highly desirable.
- Confidence using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite or any similar CRM platform.
- Some knowledge of ATS, ideally Oracle or Taleo, social media and networking tools beneficial
- Awareness of key job boards and their strengths.
- Exposure to assessments tools e.g. competency-based interviewing, behavioural questions, assessments, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with awareness of communication with people from different cultures

Salary: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
