What will your job look like...

This is a newly created position that will take ownership of the full recruitment and selection end to end process at Phoebus and will report to the Chief People Officer.

Ensuring that Phoebus have a pipeline of high calibre talent both through internal career pathways and external networks and providers, with the agreed processes in place to support the recruitment strategy.

The ideal person for this role will have experience in the technology sector in a fast-paced environment, passion for great candidate experience, drive and ambition to be involved in the wider team and deliverables and takes enjoyment from a continuous improvement approach. This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week expected on site at our Solihull Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of the end-to-end recruitment process (internal/external) and candidate lifecycle, with a key focus on employee experience
  • Working closely with the People Business Partners to understand the workforce requirements
  • Use a variety of on-line tools such as job boards LinkedIn, CV databases and employee referrals to research, identify, approach and recruit candidates with specific skill sets
  • Drive awareness of the Phoebus brand through online presence, careers fairs and other talent attraction events
  • Create sourcing strategies for hard to fill, niche roles within technical the sectors that Phoebus operate in
  • Working with hiring managers to design a suite of recruitment selection resources and procedures to reflect the requirements for each position
  • Create and bring to life the employee experience, through the development of the employer brand and value proposition to internal/external candidates
  • Work closely with your People team colleagues to support the delivery of overall People plan with a specific focus on developing and delivering an effective talent acquisition strategy
  • Support the People Business Partners in delivering an engaging onboarding experience
  • Drive continuous improvement through agreed recruitment KPIs and manage reporting requirements of these KPIs

Requirements, what you need:

  • Experience of full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process in the technology sector
  • Experience of developing employee experience and employer brand value and proposition
  • Exceptional resourcing capabilities, demonstrable experience of finding the highest quality talent within previous role(s)
  • HRIS/Recruitment system experience
  • Experience in conducting market research and salary benchmark comparators to guide hiring decision
  • Pro-active, can-do attitude and strong team player
  • Desire for hybrid working with 2 days per week in our Solihull Office.
