About the role:
Reporting into our our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be helping us drive our ambitious growth plans by partnering with the teams such as commercial, operations, data and customer experience to support fast growth across the business and in achieving our goals for talent.
We’re a hardworking, honest, collaborative, and fun team who like to get stuck in and bring new ideas to the table to help us deliver big goals for scaling in 2024 and beyond.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the interview process, providing the best candidate experience whilst keeping pace
- Scheduling and leading on screening calls with candidates for UK business wide (non-tech) roles
- Leveraging various channels to source, identify and attract talented people for various seniority of roles
- Utilising data to measure success and report back to your team and wider business areas
- Working closely with the Talent Manager to partner with hiring managers so they have great processes and practices in place
- Working closely with the people and talent team to improve our culture and employee experience
What we need from you:
- You have experience in identifying and sourcing top talent in a fast paced, high growth environment, hiring for Customer Care, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Data and/or other non-tech roles
- You’re a team player and care about building a highly talented team
- You’re passionate about building recruitment processes and best practice
- You care about delivering a great experience and deliver with attention to detail
- You have great communication skills and are able to adapt to your audience, working with stakeholders at various levels of seniority
- You naturally get stuck in, have a positive attitude and are up for a challenge
- You have worked with an ATS (Greenhouse, Teamtailor or similar) before and can pick up new tools quickly

The InPost process:
We pride ourselves on our candidate experience. We want to make this as straightforward as possible, for you and for us! We will try our best to get back to you within a few days to let you know if we’d like to take you to the first stage. This will normally involve a 20 minute chat with our Talent Acquisition Specialist. If we both feel the connection, you’ll then go through another one or two stages, depending on the level of the role.
