Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for our organization.

The Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening and interviewing candidates, and managing the overall recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels including social media, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
  • Provide recommendations to hiring managers and help guide them through the interview and selection process.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and other external partners to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and company hiring practices.
  • Continuously improve the recruitment process by staying up-to-date on the latest recruitment trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Salary: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
