Talent Acquisition Specialist
Guider is welcoming applications from talent acquisition specialists who are available from March 2023. A background in hiring for SaaS, tech, edTech, marketing or sales roles would be advantageous. This role would also suit someone looking to grow into a (Chief) People Officer/Talent Ops role as part of their own career aspirations.
About the Role
You’ll be at the forefront of our rapid growth plans, sourcing and closing candidates to join the expanding team at Guider. You’ll have demonstrable business acumen, love all things talent management, have a high EQ and strong negotiation skills.
You’ll work closely with various teams across the business to source and secure talent that’s aligned with the role description, career progression pathways and Guider’s culture. As you’ll be recruiting for roles across all levels of the business, you must have excellent spoken and written communication and a genuine interest in working with people.
We welcome applications from talent acquisition specialists who have 2-3 years’ experience, qualified CIPD professionals or recent graduates who are looking to kick start a career in people operations.
A bit about you:
- You’ll be responsible for recruiting the best possible talent into volume, specialist, operational and strategic roles
- Alongside the Head of Operations, you will assist with the development of a strategic attraction and hiring strategy in addition to building out an existing onboarding journey
- Service and target-oriented: we have some big numbers to hit so you’ll be working towards hiring and retention targets
- The role will evolve over time to a people-management function which will include shaping the Guider employee experience
- Utilise various pipeline and outreach methods to ensure you develop an active candidate pool
- Understand and maximise recruitment tools such as our internal ATS, LinkedIn and Job Boards
- Look for opportunities to continually improve our talent acquisition offering (process, policies, inclusive recruitment practice, brand positioning etc)
