The Company
We are a leading rural internet service provider, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist Apprentice. The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced customer service team to develop their skills and knowledge of the industry while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The Position

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9 – 17:00
Salary:
£13,000 to £15,000 pa
Role and Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Providing product and service information to customers.
- Updating customer accounts and maintaining customer records.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Continuously improving customer service by identifying opportunities for process.
- Improvements and making recommendations to management.
- Participating in on-the-job training and attending customer service training sessions.
- Developing skills and knowledge of the industry to provide exceptional customer service.
- Requirements:
- Enthusiasm for customer service and a desire to learn and develop new skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and resolve customer issues with tact and Diplomacy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Willingness to work 9-5 Mon-Fri as an apprentice.
