Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Salary: £35,000 - £48,000 DoE + 7% Bonus + Benefits
Location: Remote
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours
Your role and responsibilities
Antech Diagnostics are looking for an ambitious and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an established recruiter to move into an international position, recruiting across the UK, Europe and Asia. You will have exemplary organisation and communication skills and be able to create and implement multi-national recruitment campaigns.

We are offering this position as remote, however some travel is expected throughout the year. This is a full time position of 37.5 hours per week across Monday – Friday.
Key responsibilities and attributes include:
· Facilitate the recruitment process, including posting positions, sourcing, interviewing, and effectively selecting qualified candidates. Lead the negotiations on compensation. Ensure that clear technical, organisational, and competitive competencies are identified for present and future success.
· Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organisation.
· Partner with Corporate and Lab leaders to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives.
· Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
· Develop working relationships within universities, trade schools and industry groups to aid in recruiting.
· Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers.
· Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager, business leaders and HR.
· Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.
· Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Experience required:
· Bachelor's degree highly preferred
· 2+ years of agency or corporate recruiting experience
· Experience with university recruitment is highly preferred
· Working knowledge of multiple applicant tracking systems, CRM’s, HRIS systems, and background screening services highly preferred
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Strong analytical skills with extreme attention to detail
· Must have the ability to take own initiative and work independently.
· Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel, in person and on the phone
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and strong typing ability
