We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Resourcer to support our team with sourcing and qualifying candidates.
As a Talent Acquisition Resourcer, you will be responsible for advertising, CV and portfolio screening, market mapping, sourcing via multiple channels, phone interviews, taking detailed candidate notes, keeping the ATS up to date and accurate, and supporting the hiring process. You will be an expert in our ATS and advertising partners and be a positive force in the team, with excellent candidate communication skills.
We are specifically seeking someone to support sourcing efforts across all of our Creative and Design roles including Creative Teams, Art Directors, Creative Directors and all areas of Design.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our Inclusive Hiring Strategy, lead sourcing activities for roles within your specialism, and become an agency ambassador. You will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner and hiring managers to manage a portfolio of candidates, keep our ATS up to date, and suggest ways to improve our administrative processes.
We are looking for someone who has an excellent knowledge of Creative & Design - perhaps you went to ad school, or trained as a Designer, or you may be a Resourcer within a recruitment agency specialising in Creative recruitment already.
You will have an excellent knowledge of design studios, creative agencies and what makes a brilliant portfolio.
You will have excellent communication skills, and a sharp attention to detail.
You will be an excellent researcher, and be able to juggle multiple roles at one time, uncovering every stone to find the best talent possible.
You will be an enthusiastic team player with a passion for people and providing a best-in-class candidate experience.
