What You'll Do
The Talent Acquisition Project Manager will plan, organize, and participate in design and implementation of Talent Acquisition projects/programs in support of strategic initiatives, including the evolution of hiring and onboarding, strategic sourcing, process improvement, and system implementations. You will be responsible for defining project objectives and deliverables, developing communication plans, defining team member roles, facilitating decision-making, and establishing and tracking measures of success. You will be part of the Talent Acquisition Operations team, a cross-functional, cross-geographic team that partners to deliver stakeholder-focused and quality driven solutions while striving for operational efficiency and consistency.
Additional responsibilities:
- Establish project management methodologies for Talent Acquisition in partnership with the internal PMO team.
- Plan, manage, and coordinate projects while ensuring project initiatives and timelines are met.
- Identifies opportunities for improvement within the people team related to streamlining and sharing best practices amongst multiple locations, process improvement, systems, & programs.
- Work cross-functionally with internal partners and external vendors to implement and apply new solutions and concepts.
- Prepares project plans including: scheduling, cost analysis, content, development , communications, and other elements as appropriate including relevant process, procedures, and vendor relationships.
- Create, update, and maintain team documentation and training materials; publish these materials on appropriate platforms.
- Research talent acquisition solutions and collaborate on managing vendor relationships.
- Act as a liaison between departments, committees, and leaders within the organization regarding projects and programs.
- Report on progress to leadership, identify inefficiencies, and work through creative solutions with the team.
- Collect stakeholder (hiring managers, recruiters, sourcers and other members of the People Org and businesses) input to determine process improvements needed and potential solutions.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of prior project management experience within a technology company
- PMI/PMP certification is preferred
- A demonstrated in-depth understanding of key recruiting and sourcing operational policies, processes, and methodologies is preferred
- Experience successfully managing projects to completion by utilizing PM methodologies and best practices with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience working cross-functionally in a global organization while demonstrating cultural competence and excellent communication skills
- Proficient in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
- Experience managing projects in the People space, potentially involving an ATS, HRIS, or other human resources related technology.
- Must be flexible, resilient, and comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment
- Must possess high emotional intelligence and maturity
