The Global Product and RD team are building up an engineering team for core TikTok products in EMEA, to ensure TikTok continues healthy growth, deliver the best product experience to all of our users, build the most attractive features to help users enjoy their time on TikTok, earn trust in privacy protection, and more.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage the full lifecycle of a hiring process from intake, and sourcing to offer while providing best-in-class partnerships to key stakeholders across the business. You will connect deeply with the business to learn how the company grew into one of the most popular applications in the world, build innovative sourcing strategies led by data and market intelligence, lead a selection process that adopts D&I best practices, and ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. You will also collaborate with regional and global HR to implement various projects to help us reach our recruiting goals. The ideal candidate is someone who is driven, hungry to learn, excited to take on great challenges, and ready to drive high-volume recruiting delivery.

Responsibilities
1. Partner closely with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with people strategies.
2. Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and fulfill hiring plans along with business timelines.
3. Use recruitment channels like agencies, referrals, and your established networks and identify new channels to discover, and attract experienced, diverse, ambitious talents to join our team.
4. Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing both their previous experience as well as cultural fit with our fast-paced environment.
5. Lead key initiatives and projects with our business teams, and other recruiting teams across APAC, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results.
6. Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to the offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing of candidates.
7. Determine and establish recruiting KPIs to create a metrics-driven organization that drives accountability and keeps the team focused on creating a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
Qualifications
1. 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with at least 1+ years in-house and volume hiring experience.
2. Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
3. Keen attention to detail, data-driven, and experience in both building and executing recruiting processes.
4. Passionate about providing a great experience for all our candidates, whether they pass or not to build positive employer branding.
5. Entrepreneurial and creative problem-solving ability - you'll have lots of support but often have to figure out the solution yourself.
6. Experience closing entry-level as well as experienced candidates and negotiating compensation packages.
7. Optimistic and collaborative - we're building an awesome team and looking for someone excited to roll their sleeves up and join us. It may also mean the opportunity to hire for a variety of roles for our business.
