Job description
The Talent Acquisition Partner will report to the Head of Talent and will be responsible for managing the organisations requisitions across a number of specialisms/disciplines.
Talent Acquisition Partner Responsibilities:
- Managing all requisitions, including talent campaigns on behalf of the organisation
- Partner with the hiring managers in order to understand, qualify and fulfil resourcing requirements
- Manage all reporting and analytic responsibilities
- Source candidates from a variety of job boards
- Manage the ATS system
Talent Acquisition Partner Skills:
- Previous proven experience as an inhouse recruiter with a generalist recruitment background
- Experience building and implementing innovative recruitment strategies.
- IRP, CIPD or equivalent
- Experience building employee branding.
- Recruitment marketing experience.
- Experience of hiring engineering disciplines
