The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner with experience in Graduate Recruitment to join our People Operations Team.

Reporting into the Head of People, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships and work closely with hiring managers to identify their recruitment needs and develop strategies accordingly
  • Create and maintain relationships with universities and other organisations to build strong talent pipelines for our current and future hiring needs
  • Proactively source and attract top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, university career fairs, and networking events
  • Work with the marketing team and oversee the management of the brand message to ensure that a consistent message is communicated across all channels in the market
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, conduct initial screening interviews and assessments of potential candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, cultural fit
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback to candidates
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to time-to-hire, diversity and inclusion and candidate experience
  • Report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to senior management on a regular basis

Requirements

Candidate Profile

A self-starter with proven work experience of attracting and recruiting top talent with a focus on graduate recruitment, you will have a passion for recruiting and a commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.

You will have:

  • Experience of recruiting graduates for technology roles
  • An in-depth understating of recruitment best practices to identify and attract the best entry-level talent through direct hiring
  • The ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, and KPI’s are achieved
  • Working knowledge of Recuitee or other recruitment technology
  • Proven work experience of tracking and analysing recruitment data to make informed decisions, improve processes and report on performance to senior management
  • An understanding of marketing and sales techniques to attract top talent for entry level roles
  • Educated to degree level with a 2:2 or above
