Human Resources (HR) leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Talent Acquisition Operating Model Transformation Lead on an 18 month secondment basis to join our global team based in London. In this role, you will be part of a strategic team developing and implementing a new target operating model and organisation for TA across our whole organisation globally.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct a thorough assessment of HSBC's current Talent Acquisition operating model and performance.
- Partner with a broad set of stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and prioritize needs.
- Partner with colleagues to design a new target operating model, incorporating external best practices, ensuring optimization now and capabilities for the future.
- Develop a roadmap for implementation of the new model ensuring sustainable change, buy-in and adoption.
- Proactively manage a diverse set of stakeholders, varying from senior leaders and customers to colleagues within TA and the broader HR and transformation eco-system.
- Responsible for a variety of in-program governance and progress reporting.
- Ultimate delivery lead for implementing the new operating model and organization across HSBC globally, partnering with regional and business leaders (TA, HR, business).
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- TA organization design, including but not limited to global/local balance, service proposition segmentation and capability building within global sizeable and matrixed organizations.
- Expert experience in developing flexible and scalable TA staffing organizations, balancing in-house / RPO / augmentation and on/off/near shoring activities.
- Highly expert in change management, experienced in bringing a broad set of stakeholders along in the journey with a mindset of landing change well and sustainably.
- Being very comfortable with data gathering and analysis to inform decision making.
- Analyzing recruiting data and metrics including recruiter capacity, productivity and cost analysis.
- External market best practice and industry knowledge.
- Ability to network, influence and build relationships across all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This is a hybrid role with travel to the London office, 8 Canada Square to connect in person
