  • Property, Business Services, Legal and Regulatory

Locations - Bristol, Birmingham, London or Manchester - Hybrid Working (3 days in one of our Bristol, Birmingham, London or Manchester offices and then 2 days from wherever)
Attractive salary and benefits including a 10% pension contribution and up to 10% bonus
What will the role of Talent Acquisition Manager involve?

You will lead, manage, and coach the talent acquisition team for your dedicated business area, ensuring we deliver a brilliant and proactive service that delights our customers and provides opportunities for our team members to develop and grow.

You'll build successful relationships with key stakeholders across your dedicated business unit, developing and executing TA strategies to meet their workforce and future skills plans. And your data-first approach will provide meaningful insights to ensure great decision making.

You will own and develop the EVP for your business area and ensure Talent Acquisition’s brand ambassadorship stands out in the external talent marketplace.

Acting as a trusted partner, you’ll enable successful hiring of the right skills for the future, with a lens on creating a brilliantly diverse and inclusive workforce to help BT deliver exceptional services to its customers and continue to connect for good.
What are we looking for in our Talent Acquisition Managers?

We want to raise the bar in BT Talent Acquisition and are seeking proven managers with deep TA expertise across corporate areas such as finance, legal, HR, property, procurement, and corporate and regulatory affairs. Ideally this will have been gained within a large or complex commercial organisation.

You’ll be a passionate and inspiring leader and coach, with a track record of developing recruiters and sourcers to reach their true potential, whilst contributing to creating an inclusive and supportive environment.

You’re adept at building strong stakeholder relationships with key and senior figures, with the gravitas to influence and challenge their thinking. And you’ll be used to working with data to provide insights and drive decision making.

And when it comes to leveraging our employer brand, you’ll have experience of developing EVP’s, and you’ll be able to evidence how you have embedded inclusive hiring practices to attract and engage a wide and diverse range of talent.
