Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment cycle for Operational roles including Manufacturing- Engineering- Quality- EHS- Planning- Finance etc (sourcing- selecting- assessments- interviewing- hiring)
  • Develop and nurture strong partnerships with key business customers to establish current and future hiring needs
  • Responsible for Early Careers recruitment for our Apprenticeships- and the planning of live and online events and career fairs
  • Manage relationships with external partners (e.g. recruitment agencies).
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition Diversity- Inclusion and Belonging agenda and Inclusive Hiring policy- ensuring the achievement of our diversity KPIs
  • Train the business in interviewing skills and best practice (e.g. unconscious bias)

Qualifications- Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Solid experience in recruitment either agency side or in-house
  • Experience recruiting for the Food/Beverage/FMCG sector is preferred
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage high-volume recruitment for multiple functions and hiring managers at the same time is essential
  • Knowledge of recruitment systems such as Workday preferred
  • Confident recruitment business partner able to communicate with external and internal customers whilst ensuring a positive recruitment experience
  • A pragmatic negotiator- able to spot opportunities and work collaboratively to find the right talent solution for every role
