Description & Requirements
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment cycle for Operational roles including Manufacturing- Engineering- Quality- EHS- Planning- Finance etc (sourcing- selecting- assessments- interviewing- hiring)
- Develop and nurture strong partnerships with key business customers to establish current and future hiring needs
- Responsible for Early Careers recruitment for our Apprenticeships- and the planning of live and online events and career fairs
- Manage relationships with external partners (e.g. recruitment agencies).
- Lead the Talent Acquisition Diversity- Inclusion and Belonging agenda and Inclusive Hiring policy- ensuring the achievement of our diversity KPIs
- Train the business in interviewing skills and best practice (e.g. unconscious bias)
Qualifications- Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Solid experience in recruitment either agency side or in-house
- Experience recruiting for the Food/Beverage/FMCG sector is preferred
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage high-volume recruitment for multiple functions and hiring managers at the same time is essential
- Knowledge of recruitment systems such as Workday preferred
- Confident recruitment business partner able to communicate with external and internal customers whilst ensuring a positive recruitment experience
- A pragmatic negotiator- able to spot opportunities and work collaboratively to find the right talent solution for every role
