Job description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including scheduling, meeting assistance, travel accommodations, budgeting, planning, and execution of internal and external conferences, etc.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and all work required to support Industry Leaders and promote firm growth
- Process Requests for Proposal (RFP) as directed
- Facilitate lead management (qualifying leads and maintaining prospect lists)
- Run sales, marketing, and industry reports as needed
- Maintain client database
- Print materials for internal trainings, meetings, etc.
- Cross-train and learn others’ administrative responsibilities to provide backup assistance as needed
- Participate with backup assistance and reception coverage as scheduled, including lunch/ break periods and vacation
- Maintain Microsoft technology (PowerPoint, Excel, MS Word) and other software skills necessary to function at peak efficiency, participating in training programs as required
- Arrange for appropriate back-up coverage when out of office
- Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client/firm confidentiality
Required:
- Minimum of an associates degree
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Knowledge of typical office methods and procedures, filing, telephone techniques, and office equipment, as well as business English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
HOURS OF OPERATION:
- Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Our summer hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to noon on Friday
- Our team prides itself on flexibility; however, during busy season the ability to work additional hours is necessary
