What You'll Be Doing
- Support the running of our busy press office, delivering positive media coverage for campaigns, partnerships as well as managing inbound press enquiries
- Work to deliver an ‘always on’ feed of positive media coverage which captures the stories of our inspirational fundraisers and crowdfunders
- Partner closely with our social team to ensure content is aligned and maximised across external channels.
- Evaluate our PR activity and provide regular reporting and insights to the wider business
- Hands on experience within a consumer facing Public Relations role - agency or in-house - we're thinking 2-years or so
- You’ll have an eye for a story, able to spot the campaigns which will garner media interest and manage these opportunities through
- You’ll be able to juggle multiple media requests often to tight deadlines
- You’ll have excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong, meaningful and lasting relationships with the media, consumers, stakeholders and internal leaders
- A love for data - able to identify trends and act on these in partnership with our data team ensuring JustGiving is able to lead the way on emerging trends in giving.
