As a key member of the recruitment management team, in this role you'll be working alongside a team of four Talent Acquisition Managers within Colleague Services overseeing attraction and campaign management for volume recruitment (Cabin Crew, Pilots, Airport Operations, and Global Engagement Center) including executive hire roles within these areas. This a varied position in a fast paced and ever changing environment, accountable for the full delivery of recruitment life-cycle, from campaign initiation to on-boarding, covering internal/external recruitment campaigns, temporary appointments and permanent hires.
Reporting directly into the Senior Recruitment Manager for Hiring, you will deliver effective, candidate centric and cost efficient resourcing whilst ensuring high level of stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
With a comprehensive view of attraction across all teams and processes, you will be integral to delivering operational excellence and driving continuous improvement and positive change to ensure a great candidate experience.
About you
- Able to plan and produce comprehensive campaign project plans, covering full attraction lifecycle.

- Able to analyse and produce management information inc. market trends, diversity, resource utilisation and candidate success ratios.
- Utilise data to drive change and continuous improvement.

- Clear communicator, collaborating across the organisation.
- Build productive relationships and work in partnership with suppliers, Recruitment Business Partners to drive delivery of agreed SLAs.
