Your Mission
We're excited to expand our Talent team and hire a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our team of EMEA based recruiters while hands on recruiting for roles across our offices in London, Paris, Munich and The Hague.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager you will be a member of our Global Talent team and act as a talent acquisition advisor by developing a strong knowledge of the talent pool we seek to recruit from and coming up with strategic and competitive ways to attract top talent to AvePoint. Your day to day consists of screening and qualifying potential candidates, partnering with our HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to provide job market awareness, and proactively building a talent pipeline; demonstrating end-to-end ownership of the full lifecycle recruitment process.

Specific Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment life-cycle for GTM, G&A and Executive Leadership roles
- Providing team leadership and creating a strong sense of teamwork and engagement by building recruiter capabilities, for example: business acumen, partnering and influencing skills.
- Lead and conduct intake meetings to understand vacancies, share potential profiles from pipeline, define the interview cadence, and share labor market intelligence.
- Interview potential candidates against position specific competencies and behaviors for current vacancies, conduct exploratory calls to identify high-potential candidates, and establish and maintain relationships with referrals while being the ultimate brand ambassador.
- Provide Hiring Managers with short list of candidates.
- Create unique digital job ads for social media.
- Establish and maintain a high-touch candidate experience.
- Developing, implementing and leading recruitment strategies with business leaders, hiring managers and your team of recruiters that provide a consistent pipeline of talent, rich in diversity and skills for current and future hiring priorities.
- Becoming an expert in our business to effectively qualify candidates and proactively recruit for future needs
- Providing team leadership and creating a strong sense of teamwork and engagement by building recruiter capabilities, for example: business acumen, partnering and influencing skills.
- Researching, developing, and implementing new talent acquisition strategies to support our goal of being a best in class recruitment team in the software sales industry
- Working closely with cross-functional teams like People Ops, HRBPs and Sales Enablement
- Integrating key data measures throughout the TA process
- Championing AvePoint's EVP and culture through talent branding and hiring team advocacy in a meaningful way.
- Contributing to the development and success of various talent related projects such as; DEI recruitment, employee referral program, and talent branding
About You
- 1-3+ years of people management experience
- You are a people magnet and expert communicator!
- You are enthusiastic and passionate about recruiting in the SaaS industry, specifically across sales and go-to-market roles.
- You must love to work as a team - sharing resources, energy and candidates. No position is too small. No partnership is too little.
- You must have the ability to work across time zones, maintaining flexibility in your approach to meet the needs of teams in different regions
