About You
We're looking for a vibrant and organised Part-Time Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our London team. If you're passionate about connecting great talent with our innovative company but prefer a more flexible and relaxed work environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the wider TA and People team to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Find and engage potential candidates using various channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Review resumes and applications to spot promising candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and virtually, ensuring candidates have a smooth experience.
- Keep candidates in the loop, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Handle reference checks and, background screenings as needed, through our 3rd party referencing provider.
- Assist in crafting and posting job listings on our website and relevant job boards.
- Keep our applicant tracking system (ATS) in order and ensure data accuracy.
Schedule: This is a part-time gig, maxing out at 20 hours per week. You'll have the flexibility to choose your hours (i.e. 4 hours across 5 days, or across 3 days in a week) and work partly from home.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar HR or talent acquisition role is a plus but not required, an interest in kick-starting a career in HR/recruitment is all that's needed!
- Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good at managing your time and staying organised.
- Proficient in G-Suite would be a bonus.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
