Job Description
To enable company-wide employee recruitment to meet business requirements and be proactive in translating government employment and labor policies into proper company practice. You will be the go to person to manage various recruitment stages from initial briefing and screening to selection and onboarding. Working closely with HR and Hiring managers to develop best practises for the business.
Problems may be complex and can require the incumbent to develop solutions. The incumbent sets priorities and establishes a work plan to complete broadly defined assignments and achieve organizational and leadership objectives.
Job Duties
- Good understanding of company structure and job requirements of each individual employee and department.
- This understanding will be the basis for employment and training the organization. Keep company organization chart updated.
- Implement proper recruitment procedures including position analysis and job description coordination in order to meet individual department people demand in a timely and effective manner.
- Effectively acquire and keep management updated with the official information of the competitive labor market situation and provide proper analysis.
- Oversee the general employee situation and keep management updated of critical human situation and issues, grievances, including legal considerations, hiring, disciplinary, and termination practices. Implement employee issue procedure and provide effective explanation on government and company HR policy.
- Collect and evaluate, with the help of department heads, the departments training needs and adequately source out corporate internal and outside training source.
- Properly define the training program and coordinate the course if necessary.
- Provide supervisor with business reports in a timely manner.
- Perform any other necessary business assignment from time to time as it occurs.

Basic Qualifications
- College or university degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2-3 years progressively responsible job-related experience
- Prior usage of interpersonal skills are required in order to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or persuade others inside and outside the department to take specific actions.
- excellent communication and coordination ability
