TAKEAWAY SHOP CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
We have a fantastic opportunity in a takeaway shop looking for a customer service assistant. The job is available full-time or part-time.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Taking orders and answering telephone calls, serving customers and helping team members with general duties, as you will be working as part of a team
You will be the main focal point to our customer's, delivering good customer service and good communication.
Full training and facilities will be provided to the right candidate.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Will have some previous experience working in a restaurant or takeaway
- Have good communication skills
- A can do attitude
- Polite and friendly with customers
- Awareness of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards
