Systems Trainer
Salary: £42,000 to £45,000
Type: 12-month FTC, Full time (35 hours per week)
Location: Paddington Base with Hybrid working or a remote offering

About the role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Systems Trainer to join our team at the A2Dominion. You will be part of a team delivering the largest Dynamics 365 implementation in Europe offering high quality training solutions that enable our teams to deliver excellent customer service. You will be designing and delivering content to meet the needs of our team and ensure successful delivery of our training programme.
Key responsibilities:
- Delivery of D365 training using a blended approach of learning tools and delivery methods, in particular the development of video, virtual, e-learning and remote learning solutions.
- Create courses, content, material and supporting documentation, support the implementation of new IT solutions and ways of working, covering systems, processes, people and behaviours, soft skill education and knowledge transfer.
- Training delivered as agreed within key training documentation (e.g. Training Strategy, Training Approach, Training Needs Analysis, Skills Matrices) and as required for our colleagues to be successful in their role.
- Approaches activities with high levels of engagement and resilience, customer focus, and user adoption levels.
- Build collaborative stakeholder relationships with the business and relevant teams to ensure high uptake and engagement with training delivery.
More about you:
For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following:
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths & English (Grades A* - C)
- Learning & Development / Training qualifications (Desirable)
- Experience of project systems implementation, e.g. rollout of new or upgraded software solutions
- Experienced in learning and development, through all stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE)
- Experience in delivering training to different audiences, using different learning methods and techniques, with the ability to understand emerging and bespoke solutions
- Intermediate / advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel) to deliver a high standard of work
