IT Business System Technician | £35,000 | Rushden Based

Pearson Carter are currently working on an IT System Analyst role with a global client in the academic sector . They are currently in search of an IT System Analyst who can analyze current and developing systems for fixes and improvements as well as being involved with some aspects of development.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting errors/VPN issues
• Documenting customer issues
• Assist with tickets – help desk
• Supporting users – guides, onboarding, queries etc.
• Analyse existing/upcoming systems
• implement fixes where needed

Experience:

• Active Directory/Office 365
• Microsoft stack/ Windows
• Troubleshooting – VPN
• Linux, Windows and Mac expeirence
• XML, Java and Powershell scripting

Salary:

They are offering a range of salaries from £50,000 + bonus

Location:

This client is based in London, offering hybrid work (1x per week)
