Customer Support Coordinator Remote
Job description
We are looking for a customer-oriented support coordinator within our Energy Bureau Services team.
In this role you will act as a liaison, resolving any emerging problems and queries raised by our clients.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve queries accurately and in a timely fashion.
Main duties:
The main duty of this role is to support internal staff and clients in resolving all types of electric and gas billing queries using our own bespoke Client Portal.
The queries include general billing queries (reading used, consumption, and price), arranging site visit, meter reading, registration, supplying copy invoices, payment queries.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage incoming queries
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
- Meet targets.
- Handle complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions.
- Follow procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements:
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
- Industry knowledge.
- Good IT skills.
