St Austell Brewery is recruiting for an exciting new job opportunity within our already talented Technology team. We are searching for a Systems Support Co-Ordinator to join the team and support our systems across the business. What its like to be a Systems Support Co-Ordinator
The aim of this role is to work closely with our Managed Pub teams and our pub system providers to ensure the smooth running of the systems in our pubs. This includes:
Building and maintaining strong internal relationships with Pub General Managers, Head Office teams and our till system provider Maintaining the Managed pub systems functions while methodically tackling and resolving issues- Tracking all Helpdesk and data issues, keeping internal and external stakeholders up to date
- Working with Marketing, Managed House System Lead and IT Helpdesk Manager to ensure all promotional activity is planned and correctly set-up in our till system
- Helping implement evolve our processes and procedures to get the most out of our systems
About you
Strong administration background- Experience of working with MS Office packages
- Confident communication skills
- Detail focused with strong organisational skills
- Keen interest in technology (experience not required)
- Experience of working with till systems in pubs/restaurants would be beneficial but not essential
