Job Purpose
To provide underfloor heating and commercial valve estimates, CAD Designs, and material schedules to new and existing customers. To support the growth in sales of UFH systems and commercial valves
- Generate CAD designs and quotations for domestic and commercial underfloor heating systems
- Keep CAD library and system updated with new product ranges, prices, and enhancements
- Provide product selections, take-offs and quotations for the commercial valve range of products
- Provide advice to customers on commercial valves application and operation
- Action customer enquiries via various communication channels including phone and email
- Work with and provide support to external Sales Managers and Technical Sales Engineers, helping to build good customer relationships
- Identify and implement opportunities to increase sales of underfloor heating and Reliance Valves
- Work as part of the team to make sure department workflows are actioned in an organized and timely manner
- Use of Salesforce to log and update quotes and job progress
- Identify improvements to products and services offered
- Present department updates to the wider Customer Support department at regularly scheduled meetings
- Work with Technical Support Manager to identify and complete objectives to aid both team and personal development
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- CAD design software experience
- Plumbing and/or construction experience would be beneficial
- Technical and customer service experience
- Problem solving
- Working to deadlines,
