Making A Difference as a Family Hub Navigator An exciting opportunity has arisen to support the implementation of St Helens to a Family Hub model. The Family Hub Navigator will be the first point of contact for children and families, enabling a positive and smooth transition to the most relevant internal or external services. Working closely with the Family Hub Managers and Family Hub partners, the Family Hub Navigator will support the development of St Helens Family Hubs and Early Help offer. They will promote Family Hub and Children's Centre services to wide range of audiences and identify opportunities as to how services can be further developed to best meet the need of St Helens children and Families.
